Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible.
Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 2,80,00,000.00 (Taka Two crore eighty lac Only) under a single contract in any government organization within the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Experience certificate should be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Head of the Institute.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three Crore Only).
Special Instruction:
Brand: Only General/ Mitsubishi/ Hitachi/ Daikin/ Panasonic/ Sharp/ equivalent brand manufactured/assembled in JAPAN / MALAYSIA / SOUTH KOREA / TAIWAN / THAILAND / USA / EU countries will be accepted. Relevant certificates must be enclosed with the tender documents.
