* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi citizen having a valid and up-to-date trade license.
The Tenderer must have up-to-date TIN & VAT Return certificate.
The Tenderer must have 05 years experience of supply works of scientific/Laboratory equipments.
The Tenderer must have experience of supplying of similar work minimum of Taka 8 (eight) crore.
The Tenderer must have bank solvency of minimum 12 (twelve) crore.
The Tenderer/bidder may bid in joint venture but not having more than 03 partner.
Tenderer may be declared non responsive if the quoted price is more/less than 15% of Official Price.
The Tenderer must be a valid representative of Principal Supplier with proper documents.
The Tenderer must have Import registration certificate.
The Tenderer must assure about the after Sales repair and maintenance with valid spares from the Principal for 01 year warranty period free of cost and next 10 years with reasonable payment.
The Tenderer must provide LC and port of shipment documents of equipment according to their country of origin.
Procuring Entity will never accept any duplicate and fake equipment.
Chinese/Indian/Local made glass apparatus will never accept.
