দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the followings:
The Tenderers must have experience in doing the same nature of similar work;
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be at least Five (5) years;
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) lakhs;
Copy of updated Trade License, VAT registration certificate / BIN, TIN & Copy of updated Income Tax certificate to be submitted;
Tender security is an amount of tk. 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) to be submitted in favor of BHBFC as a bank draft/pay order in the e-GP system through Bank;
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs.
The required average annual turnover supply of Goods and related services must be 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs or more in at least any three (3) years out of the last five (5) years;
Copy of NID of tenderer or Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC including his/her NID;
BG Press enlistment related documents;
Press declaration related documents;
Tenderers have to submit dummy sample of calendar, calendar cover, diary and diary cover to put signature with seal on the sample paper mentioning GSM. (sample must be reached at PE’s address before the opening time schedule);
The Purchaser reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the tender at any time withourt assigning any reason;
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act 2006, PPR-2025 and its amendments.
