1. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable rules and regulations.
2. The Tenderer shall have the necessary skilled manpower, tools and equipment to carry out GPON and Copper OSP network repair and maintenance works.
3. The Tenderer shall be capable of performing optical fiber splicing, termination, testing, network restoration and related installation works.
4. The Tenderer shall be capable of supplying the required materials and completing the works within the stipulated time.
5. The Tenderer shall submit the required documents as specified in the Tender Document.
