প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must comply the following criteria as per ITT clause 5 of the tender document:
(i) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderers from all countries, except for any specified in the TDS.
(ii) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity (not barred by Public Procurement Act or any other law(s) to sign the contract) to enter into the Contract under the applicable law.
(iii) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in its own country.
(iv) Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company invited to take part in public procurement or seeking to be so invited or submitting a Tender in response to an Invitation for Tenders.
(v) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions, if any, under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin.
Other Eligibility Criteria of the tenderers are specified as per ITT clause from 5.6 to 5.15 of the tender documents.
