3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [4,754,796/-] in Favor of Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
4. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-26]
5. Tender Security shall be TK. 16,641,788/-in Favor of Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
