The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
•(i) Up to date PWD contractor original Registration Book,
•(ii) Up to date Trade License,
•(iii) Up to date BIN Certificate,
•(iv) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(v) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
(vi) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
