প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(ii)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of [construction technology and building work] successfully completed within the last [20] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [120.00 Lakh(Work completion certificate must be enclosed).
(iii)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [80.00 Lakh]
(iv)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk [80.00 Lakh] over the last [05] financial years or best [5] years in the last [10] financial years.
(v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: [100.00 Lakh]. [calculation at IFT date.]
(vi) Others according to updated PPR-2025, TDS and PCC.
