As per TDS & ITT
1. The minimum specific experience (Supply of Electric Goods & Spares. ) of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least TK. 31,00,000.00
2. After received the work order full lamp must be Supply Within 15 days.
3. The Supplier have to submit the catalog.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be TK : 42,00,000.00
5. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
6. VAT & IT from bill will be deducted from the bill as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard
7. Security period will be deducted 01 (One) Year After Completion the whole work.
8. Manufacturer Authorization Letter is required with the tender document.
