কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing HDPE materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
2.Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
3.Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh.
4. Five years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
5. The contractors having a satisfactory completion of same nature of work with a value of Tk. 230.00(Two Hundred Thirty) Lac under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
6. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 275.00(Two Hundred seventy Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
7. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 200.00(Two Hundred) lakhs during the last 3 years; Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
8. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
9. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
10. The bidder must submit a sample of 01 (one) 5kva and 01 (one) meter HDPE pipe and GI sheet channel mentioned in schedule on 11.10.2026 within 4:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
