দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contractors who have general experience in construction works, having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work, i.e., construction of buried pipeline for irrigation, with a minimum work order value of Tk. 15.0 (Fifteen) lakh under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender. The certificates should be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive grade.
2. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 19.0 (Nineteen) lakh. Documents submitted with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the tender submission date and must be submitted along with the tender.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 35.0 (Thirty Five) lakh during the last 5 years.
4. The Specific Experience Certificate must have a Valid e-GP Tender ID.
5. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents.
7. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased according to field condition/design/ budget allocation, so that no claim will be entertained.
8. Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
9. Bidders can bid for all tenders in the same package, but are awarded only two.
10. The Bidder who didn’t Perform their conduct on due time at the Same PE are Discouraged to Participate.
