* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer have to submit with this e-Tender the following additional documents:
i)The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (three) years of General experience in Supply of Goods / works.
ii) The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 5.00 [Five] Lakh.
iii) The Tenderer must have Specific experience of supplying at least 01 (one) similar goods worth 3,50,000 taka to a government/semi-governmentorganization or an autonomus bodies within the last 05 (five) years.
iv) The tenderer must have to submit National Identification Card (NID)
v) The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.
vi) The tenderer must have to submit BIN/VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.
vii) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
viii) The tenderer must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
ix) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime of contractor and he is liable for it.
x) Warranty Certificate 01 (one) year for all goods.
xi) The Contractor has to supplied all goods new (unused) & intake condition.
xii) The supplied goods will be accepted after checking/testing by Committee.
xiii) The contractor has to supply all goods and related service within the contract period.
xiv) All item should be as per sample and have to fit with existing system without any modification.
NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted and conditions are not fulfilled the tender will be rejected.
