8. Updated Affidavit copy of proprietor’s ownership by notary public on non-judicial stamp After 01-07-2026
9. Updated Certificate of Non-Bankrupt, Non-Blacklisted and PPR Rules 66 by 1st class magistrate After 01-07-2026.
10. Audited Report Last 01 Years which should be uploaded in company profile through E GP system .Otherwise tender will be non responsive.
11. Abnormal rates are not acceptable. Otherwise tender will be non responsive.
12. A 200 gm sample of Lentil/Masur Dal (High Quality Dashi Small Grain) must be submitted in three (3) transparent containers to the PE in accordance with the Technical Specifications before the stipulated date and time of tender opening. The Sample Receiving Copy/Receipt must also be uploaded in the e-GP System.
13. The successful bidder will have to submit a bank draft/DD/pay order of 10% of the total price of soybean oil as performance security for the total amount to the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defence, Faridur
14. All other terms and conditions shall be as specified in detail in Section-2.”
