1. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN & Bank Solvency Certificate.
2. Above all items are in Single Lot.
3. Tender Evaluation will be made on Total lowest price basis.
4. Price quotation should contain Fire Extinguisher, Refiling, Servicing & Painting.
5. No conditional tender/quotation will be accepted.
6. All factory rules and regulations must be strictly complied with while performing work inside the factory premises.
7. Any damage caused to the factory during the execution of work must be fully compensated.
8. Standard color codes must be maintained during painting works; i.e., fire extinguishers must be painted and labeled according to the type of chemical agent.
9. If any fire extinguisher is found unsuitable for refilling during execution, it will be excluded from the refilling scope of work, and no payment will be disbursed for it.
10. Permission from the Security Department must be obtained for bringing in necessary tools, equipment, and personnel.
