Quality Assurance: Bidders are requested to quote prices strictly considering standard and high-quality products that conform to the technical specifications outlined in the tender document.
Document Integrity: Submission of any false or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification and legal/administrative action.
Failure of Performance: Failure to deliver standard goods or services post-award will be viewed strictly and will lead to contract termination.
Financial Solvency: Demonstrated financial capacity to execute the supply smoothly. Bidders must submit an original, recent Bank Statement or Solvency Certificate (covering at least the past 12 months and issued within 15 days prior to the tender opening date) demonstrating liquid assets or credit facilities of no less than 10% of the total quoted price.
