প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as a supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of Electrical Substation equipment (minimum 800 KVA including HT/LT cabling work) and Generator (minimum 300 KVA including ELT panel and cabling work) under a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 2.25 Crore in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private Organization within the last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 Crore in the form of a Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PG3-8), without alteration, issued not earlier than Fourteen (14) days prior to the deadline for submission of Tender only.
(d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 05 (five) years of Tk. 2.70 Crore (Two Crore and Seventy Lakh Taka).
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.30 Crore.
(f) Up-to-date valid ABC Category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License.
(g) Up-to-date valid Trade License, valid TIN and VAT Registration Certificate, and up-to-date valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
