The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. TIN Certificate & Income Tax Return Certificate along with Acknowledgement Slip of last Fiscal Year.
2. The Tenderer shall submit financial solvency certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 1,25,000.00
3. valid Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer
4. VAT registraction Number/Business Identification Number (BIN)
5. Liquidated Damages for the uncompleted Works or any part per day of delay 0.050%.The maximum amount of Liquidated Damages 10 %
Ninety percent (95%) of the Contract Price of the goods delivered shall be paid by Senior General Manager,
Narayanganj Palli Bidyut Samity-1, Chengain, Sonargaon, Narayanganj. upon submission of documents within Twenty Eight (28) days of submission of a claim supported by the
acceptance certificate issued by the purchaser .
The Remaining Ten percent (5%) of the contract price shall be paid after successful completion of
contractual obligation (1 Year). All defective items must be replaced within the specified period.
