The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the e-RFQ document.
Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to
i) Valid Trade License,
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-24),
iii) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
iv) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2,10,000 from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
without any of these document the quotation will be considered non-responsive
