This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Tenderers registered in the e-GP System who meet the following qualification requirements:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 08 (eight) years of general experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of one (1) contract as a Prime Contractor in construction works, involving building construction works or building repair/maintenance works, with a contract value of at least BDT 1.50 crore (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh), successfully completed within the last five (5) years under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/State-Owned Company of Bangladesh. Work completion certificate of the same issued by the Procuring Entity (PE) is to be submitted along with the tender.
The Tenderer having current 1st Class or equivalent Enlistment Certificate for Civil Works, issued by a Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover under the public sector of BDT 1.25 crore (Taka One Crore Twenty-Five Lakh).
The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60.00 Lac.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender Capacity of BDT 1.50 crore (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh).
The Tenderer shall submit audited financial statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet, for the past 01 (One) financial year.
Tenderer who are not debarred by KGDCL or other Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/State-Owned Company in Bangladesh as applicable under the Tender Document.
