I. The firm shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of general experience in providing consultancy services for power generation projects.
II. The firm must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully conducting at least one (1) Detailed Feasibility Study and techno-economic assessment for a power generation project with a capacity of 100 MW or greater.
*** Authorization letter to sign on behalf of the Consultancy Firm.
ii) Details of Technical and Financial proposal for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Detailed Feasibility Study of a Gas Based Combined Cycle Power Plant Project at Bhola, Barishal, Bangladesh.
iii) Documentary evidence in support of Total experience of the firm and experience in similar task. Satisfactory completion certificate from client end to be provided.
iv) Details of Financial capacity including Audited financial reports for the last three years.
v) Association/ Joint Venture Agreement/Letter of intent, if EOI is submitted by a association or a Joint venture.
vi) Firm’s brochure and Short Biography of Key Professional.
vii) A time schedule/work plan showing different activities.
viii) Copy of educational Qualification and Professional Certificates of proposed key professional.
ix) Any Other Information/ Additional Information relevant to the work / assignment.
