Tenderers shall meet the following mandatory eligibility and qualification criteria to participate in this Tender:
The Tenderer must possess valid, up-to-date documentation issued by the relevant competent authorities of Bangladesh, including: i. A valid Trade License; ii. A Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate; and iii. A Business Identification Number (BIN) / VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer shall maintain an active, official bank account opened and operated under the exact registered legal name of the bidding firm.
The Tenderer shall demonstrate financial capability through proof of minimum liquid assets or an unconditional, committed line of credit from a scheduled bank amounting to not less than BDT 3,00,000.00 (Taka Three Lakh only).
The Tenderer must not be currently blacklisted, debarred, or suspended from participating in procurement activities by any Government Department, Semi-Government Organization, Autonomous Body, or the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA).
