প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The authority reserves the right to reduce or extend the duration of the work order if required.
Photocopies must be clear and satisfactory; faint or blurred photocopies are not acceptable. The quality of the photocopy must be good and acceptable.
Photocopies must be completed in the required quantity based on authorized slips signed by the respective department or section head from any department of the factory, and provided to the relevant department or section in set form.
Good quality paper must be used for photocopying work.
If questions arise regarding the quality of the photocopying, the work order will be cancelled within 15 (fifteen) days.
If photocopying cannot be done due to mechanical or electrical issues, the contractor must arrange for photocopying from another establishment as quickly as possible at their own expense.
If, for any reason, the contractor is unable to carry out the photocopying work, they must inform the authority in writing 1 (one) month in advance.
If the contractor fails to perform the work in accordance with the work order, the performance security/guarantee or listing deposit will be forfeited after cancelling the order.
Bills must be submitted once a month upon completion of the photocopying work as per demand. Upon certification and approval by the concerned department, payment will be arranged when 3 copies of the bill are submitted through the Commercial Department.
Payment will be made via Account Payee cheque.
VAT and tax will be deducted from the bill as per rules.
The validity of the purchase order will remain in force for 1 (one) year from the date of the work order.
