The Tenderer shall submit Vat Registration Certificate or Business identification number (BIN) certificate.
The Tenderer shall submit Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2,10,000.00 (Two Lac Ten Thousand) from any scheduled Bank.
