* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪৯,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2025 rules & regulation.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3(two) years of overall experience in the supply of goods & related items.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 1(one) year of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last five years is Tk. 138 Lac by the tenderer.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 158 Lac.
Sample of 05 pairs (Size 8) must be submitted to the PE Office as per the approved sample on or before the tender opening date and time.
All samples are not refundable. 2 pairs of PT Keds out of 5 pairs will be returned to non-responsive bidders.
The Supplier should either be a manufacturer, producing not less than 16000 Pair per year or would have to furnish a certificate from the manufacturer that his firm’s production is not less than 16000 Pair per year. Certificate should shown in every case.
Note: Lab test (pre and post) fee has to be paid by the tenderer. Test fee must be submitted to the PE Office before the tender opening date and time. Otherwise, the tender will be considered as Non- Responsive. PE reserves the right to define the test criteria.
