* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৬৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

As per the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instructions before submitting the tender:
1. Certificates with a work completion date before 14/10/2021 will not be considered as a similar works certificate during evaluation.
2. Payment certificates with payment before 14/10/2021 will not be considered in the calculation of AACT during evaluation.
3. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience/AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in the Particular Specification Section. Certificates other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no., business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidated damages, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit this will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
4. No experience certificate; only the payment certificate will be considered in AACT & Tender Capacity calculation during evaluation to avoid calculation error.
5. In the case of liquid assets, a certificate with a statement from the bank should be submitted, and in the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned, and both must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
6. In case of tender capacity, the tenderer must submit the data/information regarding works in hand and committed works as per the Departmental prescribed format attached/uploaded in the Particular Specification Section as "Form-B".
7. If a tenderer wants to qualify for more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid Asset & Tender Capacity
