প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Civil Construction Works of at least 01 (One) Contract completed successfully with a value of at least Tk. 65 (Sixty Five) Lac within the last 10 (Ten) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper at any Govt./ Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organization.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 01 (One) Crore over the last 03 (three) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Taka 80 (Eighty) Lac.
