প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall:
• be a legally established entity with a valid Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT Registration Certificate and other applicable statutory documents;
• demonstrate financial soundness by submitting last three (3) years audited financial statements ;
• possess the technical capability and relevant experience to supply, install, commission and provide after-sales service for the specified goods;
• submit the Manufacturer's Authorization (where the Tenderer is not the manufacturer) and documentary evidence of conformity of the offered goods with the Technical Specifications;
• not be insolvent, bankrupt, under receivership, or debarred/declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh or the World Bank; and
• comply with all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Tender Document.
