* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. 2026-2027 valid trade license.
2. 2025-2026 income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate.
3. Updated vat registration certificate.
4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement of Last 3 Months.
5. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.
6. Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp
7. General Experience of 5 years in supply of goods and related services and 02 Contracts in last 5 years each 50 Lac of specific experience in supply of similar goods (Attested by a 1st class gazetted officer).
8. The Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of necessary database (If Required).
9. Tenderers are requested to submit only necessary documents to qualify for eligibility criteria. They are discouraged to submit unnecessary additional documents.
10. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If any dissimilarity found in documents submitted by tenderers at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive.
11. Any non submission of ongoing work or any other information that affect the tender evaluation will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.
12. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten Percent) less or above than the Engineers Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.

13. Atested copy of Liquid Asset submitted in Standard Format according to ITT clause 27.1(d)

15. The contractor must have a pharmacy for medicines and vaccines within Rajshahi City.
N.B: If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender
