প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Contractors with Up to Date ABC and Electrical Superviosry License are eligible to Apply. They have to submit Up to dated Trade License,PWD license,Income Tax Clearence,VAT registration certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Elctro- mechanical repair-maintenance work as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) Lift servicing work completed within the last 3 (Three) years in Public sector of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 1.00 lakh.
4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.00 Lakh. over the last 3 (Three) years in Public sector of Bangladesh.
5. The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 0.35Lakh.
6. Minimum Tender capacity shall be 1.0 lakh
7. All other papers needed as per Tender document.
