-Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
-Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN
-Up-to-date Trade License.
-The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 16 Lac. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date) . A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to PG2-7 Form.
-Certificate of three years of ration work experience from any department.
- Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar supply contract of any ration item. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 13 Lac Taka.
-The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =14 Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply.
- The average annual turnover of the bidder from supplying any ration item or its affiliated units in the last 3 (three) financial years = more than 60 lac taka.
-The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders.
-The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
-A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted.
-Sample must be submitted to the superintendent of police's office magura the day before the last date for tender submission.
