The scope of work includes unloading and handling of relief goods arriving from abroad through Mongla Sea Port, Payra Sea Port, Benapole Land Port, Bhomra Land Port, Jashore Airport, and Barishal Airport. The contractors shall also be responsible for transportation and delivery of relief goods from these ports and stations and from any relief warehouses to designated relief warehouses or locations at Division, District, Upazila, and Union levels.
The package further includes handling, transportation, and dispatch of relief goods from the above-mentioned ports and stations for shipment abroad, as and when required.
The geographical coverage of this package under the Khulna Region shall include all districts under Khulna Division and Barishal Division.

The contractors shall also be responsible for transportation and delivery of relief goods from these stations and from any relief warehouses to designated relief warehouses or locations at Division, District, Upazila, and Union levels.
The package further includes handling, transportation, and dispatch of relief goods from the above-mentioned ports and stations for shipment abroad, as and when required.
The geographical coverage of this package under the Chattogram Region shall include all districts under Chattogram Division and Sylhet Division.

Recruitment of C&F (Clearing and Forwarding) Agents and Transport Contractors for undertaking customs clearance, transportation, handling, delivery, and warehousing of relief goods imported from abroad through Dhaka and Narayanganj River Ports, ICD Customs House, Hazrat Shahjalal (R) International Airport, Dhaka Pangaon Customs House, Kamalapur Railway Station, Tejgaon Old Airport, Dhaka Foreign Post Office, and other Customs Stations under Dhaka Region.
The scope of this package also includes clearance, inland transportation, handling, and delivery of relief goods to designated relief warehouses or locations at Division, District, Upazila, and Union levels throughout the country, as required by the Procuring Entity.
For the purpose of this package, the geographical coverage of Dhaka Region shall comprise all districts under Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, and Rangpur Divisions.
