দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods(Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 55,00,000.00 [Fifty-five lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [One] contracts in the last three [3] of years.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [One] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least Tk. 55,00,000.00 [Fifty-five lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 65,00,000.00 [Sixty five lakh] only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2025-2026) etc.
(ii) The manufacturer must have five (5) years of experience on Duck/Poultry/Animal feed production with category-1 (Feed Mill) license from DLS
(iii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, warranty certificate and should submit documents that the manufacturer must have to have experience for Duck/Poultry/Animal pellet feed production with updated ISO Certification (verified through IAF)/BSTI CM license on poultry feed, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
