প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03(Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 03(Three) years with a value of at least of Tk 14.50(Forteen point zero zero) shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 8.00(Eight point zero zero)lac over the last three financial years.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 5.00(Five point zero zero) lac.
5. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be FY 2024-25.Tenderer must submit Valid Tax certificate in this regard along with valid trade License.
6. Tenderer must submit Updated License/Tender Document as manpower Provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of section 3Ka (1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in Submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
