* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৫১৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৫৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
1). The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP System]
(2).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11,90,000/- (Taka Eleven lakh Ninety thousand Only) [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or(Form PG2-7) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 15,00,000/-(Taka Fifteen lakh only) publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4). Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier,
(5). TIN certificate;
(6). Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-2026 year.
(7). Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS and,
(8). e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate./Business Identification Number.
