2.As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract, the Purchase of Computer equipment will to be supplied and warehoused at RRF, Rangpur  at supplier’s own cost as per the work order.

3.If for any reason the market price increases, the contractor will be obliged to supply the goods at the price paid by him. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against the concerned contractor including forfeiture of the tender security/performance security money.
4.The validity of the supplied Computerequipment must be at least 1 year from the date of supply.

* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৭৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
