* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.
2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of Otis Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 90,000.00 only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk 2,60,000.00 only over the last 5(Five) years.A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 1.0 (One) Lakh supported by Bank certificate.Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by BPPA.
5. Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to Date 13 (Thirteen) Digit VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (Otis) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.
7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (Otis) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
8. Up-to-Dated ABC Category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
9. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
