Bangladeshi National who has
1. Valid NID
2. Valid Trade license of Supplying outsourcing Manpower
3. Valid TIN & Updated Tax Return Certificate
4. Valid BIN & Up to date VAT Clearence Certificate
5. Bank Solvency Certificate
6. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting in public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
7. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-consulting service (Outsourcing) of minimum 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods /technology completed over a period of last 05 (Five) years. each with a value of at least of Tk 8000000 (Eighty Lakh) shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
8. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 11000000 (One Crore Ten Lakh).
9. Valid License (For Supplying Outsourcing Manpower) form Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.
