* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
1. Tenderer/Civil contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in civil work.
2. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of similar nature of civil work in a single work order amounting to not less than 13.0 (Thirteen) lakhs of quoted amount in the last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
3. The required minimum average annual construction turnover (AACT) shall be greater than Tk. 25.0 (Twenty-five) lakhs of best 03 (three) years over the last 05 (five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
4. The required minimum liquid asset I.e. working capital or credit line(s) is Tk. 11.0 (Eleven) Lakhs.
5. The required minimum tender capacity is Tk. 14.0 (Fourteen) Lakhs.
6. Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
7. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
9.All other criterion will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and its amendment.
