7. Citizenship Certificate & NID Card (Attested by a 1st class gazetted officer)
8. Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted.
9. General Experience of 5 years in supply of goods and related services and 3 years of specific experience in supply of similar goods (Attested by a 1st class gazetted officer)
10. Sample Signature on the pad of Tenderar's own organization (Attested by a 1st class gazetted officer)

15. The ration store will have to provide coolies/laborers at its own expense as per the demand. The coolies/laborers provided will have to carry the ration items from the warehouse to the distribution center and complete the ancillary tasks. If any goods in the ration store are damaged/stolen due to the coolie/laborer or if the laborer himself is involved in the theft, the contracting organization will be held responsible and legal action will be taken against the firm, including recovery of compensation from the contracting organization.
