5. Submission of bank solvency certificate and the minimum amount of liquid assests i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 08.50 lakh.
6. Successful completion of at least two assignments (Agricultural inputs) in the last 05 years to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomus bodies.
