6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Letter of Commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 320000/- (Taka three lakh twenty thousand) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder will be Non-Responsive..
