প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shal submit with its Tender, the folowing additional documents:
1. As described in tender document (eSTD).
2. The provisions laid down in the PPA-2006, PPR-2025 & Bangladesh e Government Procurement (e-GP) Guidelines (Revised), 2025 including latest al amendment and e-STD wil be folowed.
3. The Procuring Entity is Executive Engineer Sales and Distribution Division 1, WZPDCL, Khulna is Executing Agency as per PPR 2025 rule 20.
4. After the selected contractor fulfils al terms and conditions specified in the work order and completes the whole work and upon receiving work completion certification from the Executing Agency or Committee or any other authority Payments shal be made by Deputy Commissioner, Khulna.
5. Tenderer must have up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and valid trade licensee, National ID (NID), Key personnel (with NID, Photograph and necessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter.
6. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shal be 05 (Five) years.
7. The minimum specific experience as contractor in supply and instalation of similar Solar Power System of at least 01 (one) contract successfuly completed within last 03 (Three) years (years counting backwards from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper), the solar system capacity not less than 50 kWp or equivalent to at least BDT 50 (Fifty) Lac Only.
8. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shal be Tk 65,00,000.00 (Sixty-Five Lacs Only).
