প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
B. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar nature of work in/c Air Cooler of at least 01 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 (two hundred ) lakh. [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies. In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
C. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 200.00 lakh (Tk Two hundred lakh only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
D. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 85.0 lakh (Tk eighty five lakh only) must be submitted according to ITT clause no 29.1(d).
E. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 240.0 lakh (Tk two hundred and forty lakh only).
F.The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC / BC Electrical contractor and ABC / BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board
G. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
H. All Certificates & documents must be submitted in prescribed form
H. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard
