12. The bidder shall submit an undertaking on his own pad in the form specified in the tender document stating that he will not engage in any corruption, fraud, conspiracy, coercion or obstruction of justice as mentioned in Section 64 of the Act.

14. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at any time.
