Updated VAT Registration Certificate 4. Photocopy of National Identity Card of the Head of the Organization, 5. Most recent bank statement for the last 06 (three) months 6. Two copies of passport size photographs 7. Proof of 01 year of experience in the relevant work.
2. After the tender for Chini Gura Polaw Rice is accepted in the 2026-2027 financial year, this office will ensure the supply of goods. Notification of Award At the rate of 10% of the total price determined Performance Security A contract must be signed with this office by depositing a performance bond Chini Gura Polaw Rice must be supplied as per the office's requirements and work orders.
