প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 1 (one) contract of: at least in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. =31,00,000.00 (Thirty-one lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(iii) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. = 33,00,000.00 (Thirty-three Lakh) only over the last 05 years.
(v) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =35,00,000.00 (Thirty-five Lakh) only.
(vi) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk. =35,00,000.00 (Thirty-five Lakh) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN, Income Tax Certificate (2025-2026). otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
