3. VAT Registration Certificate with BIN
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work/civil maintenance work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3.00 [three] years.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work under public sector of at least1 [single] contract of [Civil Construction] /[civil maintenance work]successfully completed within the last 5.00 [five] years, with a value of at least Tk.2.50 lac [two point five lac] .
