প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents:
1.Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction and repair works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (SevenLakh) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW2a-3 form or related document.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 7,50,000.00 (Seven Lakh and Fifty Thousand) Only.
6.The tenderer must have updated all document with VAT, IT and Trade License.
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
