প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer as Service Provider shall be 10 (ten) years to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies.
2. The minimum specific experience in supply of outsourcing manpower of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of minimum 30 persons successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least Tk. 200.0 lakh to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.0 lakh
4. Tenderer having any debarment histroy in previous 5 (five) years shall be considered as non-responsive
5. The 31 persons outsourcing manpower in the last previous contract who are now currently working at BINA will remain in this contract. Additionally 4 new personnel will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm. Total 35 (currently working 31 and newly 4) outsourcing manpower will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm.
6. The Bio-data/ CV of the 31 persons in the last previous contract is not mandatory to submit.
7. Updated License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE)
