The Tenderer must submit the following Documents:-
1. Contractor must have Up to date valid Trade License, Income TAX clearance certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10.00 lac [Ten lac] over the last 5.00 [five] financial years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work under public sector of at least1 [single] contract of [Similar type of work]successfully completed within the last 5.00 [five] years, with a value of at least Tk.12.00 lac [Twelve lac]
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8 [Eight Lac].
5. Other Terms and Conditions are specified in TDS and PCC.
